If for any reason you want to make a product for a return it is possible within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The return must reach our office no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the products (the delivery date recorded by the courier will be valid). Returns received beyond this timing, even if sent within the indicated times, will not be accepted. The buyer is fully responsible for the withdrawal of the items for which the return has been refused.

Making a product is very easy: just fill in the return form that you will find inside the package (if you do not find your return form, request one by writing to usJulys.service@gmail.com)

The shipping charges for the return product are the responsibility of the buyer, who can choose the shipping way you prefer as long as the package is packed carefully, we do not take responsibility for any delay or loss by the courier/service chosen to return the product to us.

Once the package has arrived at the office it will be our care to verify that all the above-mentioned conditions have been met, in the event of a positive outcome we will proceed with the issuance of a refund equal to the original amount of the order or the item returned net.

In the event that the return of one or more products results in the loss of the right of free shipping (order amount actually purchased less than 69.99 €) the amount of the standard shipping cost of € 4.99 or € 7.99 will be deducted from the return refund.

We remind you that the products must be returned in their original packaging and that the packaging must be the same as that received or of equal resistance and that it preserves the integrity of the products and their packaging.

For this reason it is strictly forbidden to stick adhesive tape on the original packaging of the products, the products must be made in excellent condition, we do not accept used products for this or that have obvious signs of wear.

Returns that do not comply with these rules will be deemed invalid and will therefore be rejected to the sender.

The refund arrangements are as follows:

If you have chosen to pay with Paypal the refund will take place using the same payment method, if you have paid using the balance of your Paypal account the credit is immediate, in the case of payment by credit card the credit time depends on your bank (up to 10 days.)

If you have chosen to pay by Credit Card, the refund will take place using the same payment method, the credit time depends on your bank (up to 10 days.)

If you have chosen to pay on Delivery you will need to inform us of your IBAN in order to issue the refund to your bank account, the credit is normally in 1/2 working days from the date of issue of the refund

In case there are factory anomalies or defects on the product (damaged shoe, damaged packaging, etc.), the customer must send a communication to the email addressJulys.service@gmail.comAnd no later than 24 hours from the date of receipt of the article, by reporting the problem and possibly documenting it with images/videos, if the communication is made later it will not be possible to certify the actual use of the product and consequently it will not be possible to proceed with a free replacement or a refund.
