* Julys. easyshoes guarantees same day departure for orders placed Monday to Friday before 14:00. Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday from 7.00 to 19.00. For Sicily, Sardinia and remote areas, delivery may require an additional day.

We recommend that you enter an address where the courier can find someone to pick up the package. It is not necessary to indicate a dwelling, you can safely have your order delivered wherever you like, for example, in the office.

The courier will make a first delivery attempt, in case it fails it will attempt a second time the following working day. Even if the second attempt fails, the package will go into storage and additional costs may be charged for the release.

Julys.easyshoes does not take any responsibility for any transport delays but we will still try to assist you and urge transporters to allow you to wear your new shoes as soon as possible.

For any anomalies or defects found on a product must be reported within 48 hours, cash on the basis of the delivery proof provided by the transporter, from the receipt of the product itself using the julys.service@gmail.com email address. No complaints will be accepted and it will not be possible to take advantage of the right of withdrawal for reports received after the indicated time limit.
